“I love going to all the Ace Hardware locations, but closest to me is on State St. They are super helpful, know exactly where to go in the store to find my item and their prices are very competitive! I love Ace Hardware! (and their popcorn is super 😎)”

“Always friendly! My husband and I have been going here for years with countless projects in the books because Ace was conveniently right where we needed them. Convenience alone wouldn’t keep us coming back though. Staff is always friendly. Even when they’re all busy, they still make a point to ask if they can help with anything. We’ve bought countless tools, plumbing parts, lots of paint and paint supplies, summer things for the kids, Christmas lights, birthday cards, sent packages- you name it. And when I come in to just get multiple things of Caramel Cookie Waffles, they don’t judge me 🤣 Thank you for years of great customer service!”

“I had a car key made for my 2011 Subaru Forrester. The key would not work. The lady, forgot her name, said the key wouldn’t work due to a mechanical problem with the air conditioner. I went back to the dealer and had the air conditioner filter replaced. When I returned to Ace Dominic was at the desk. He tried the key and it still wouldn’t work. Dominic spent a good amount of time researching on the computer to find the correct basic key and made it to perfection. It was a very hot day and he was in and out of the store, making sure that the key was correct and worked. I appreciate his hard work and effort. I think he should get a raise!”

“It's harbor freight! Who doesn't like it? They've got all the little specialty tools and tools you could ever need at good prices. Maybe not the highest quality but a definite must visit for the do-it yourselfer for tools you must have to simplify a task without paying an arm n a leg for it. If I were searching for something I'd use everyday in my business though I'd probably suggest going a more high-end, for as the saying goes, you get what you pay for”

“Started doing business here over 20yrs ago back in 2002! At that time there had only been like 3 Seamless Rain Gutter organizations across the entire state! The staff at Lansing Building Products were very knowledgeable and transparent about the products the sold, which is part of the reason that my company has grown exponentially year after year. Oh, and yeah, after 20 years you'll find pretty much the same crew there today!”
