“This store gets an A+ in customer service! I was on the road traveling through Billings with a battery issue in my camper. One of the store members dedicated a solid 20 minutes in the hot 100 degree parking lot to help me diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, which ended up just being a blown fuse ($6 to replace.) the troubleshooting problem solving help that I received was priceless in comparison to the price of the part. I’m so thankful for stopping by this store to get the problem solved and back on the road! “Purchased a reconditioned battery on 3/4/23. Talked with Richard at A1 Accredited Battery on the phone and he explained how he reconditions the batteries and they are $69. I was towed to this business as my battery was dead. Richard is a real nice guy. He seems very honest to me. Also he’s worked there 25 years. He put the battery in and it started right up. So far so good. He said most people get about 3 years out of these batteries. There is a warranty. If I get 3 years out of this battery then I won’t be buying brand new batteries anymore.”

“Battery light was on so I headed to the place I know - O’Reily’s. Jack helped me multiple times: checked my battery, then alternator, which was the culprit. Then gave me the names of 4 local places to check for a quick fix (I’m from Minnesota and on my way through town). And after my car didn’t start in the parking lot, he got a jump box to send me on my way. He made a difficult situation for me a lot easier. I’d recommend Jack and O’Reilys to anyone who needs car service!”
