“This store gets an A+ in customer service! I was on the road traveling through Billings with a battery issue in my camper. One of the store members dedicated a solid 20 minutes in the hot 100 degree parking lot to help me diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, which ended up just being a blown fuse ($6 to replace.) the troubleshooting problem solving help that I received was priceless in comparison to the price of the part. I’m so thankful for stopping by this store to get the problem solved and back on the road! “Ok so I just had the greatest customer experience ever, I walked in to get my charging port fixed, he looks at it and says the metal bit inside is bent, pulls out his tweezers and bends it back, tests the port which is working again, then dosent charge anything and just asks that I leave him a good review on google”
