“I was discouraged that I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my car into the shop and it took an another month to fix, because the wrong parts were delivered from the manufacturer, but he completely replaced the grill and rebuilt the headlight housing and front sensors, matched the custom paint from the factory seamlessly, but they stayed in communication with me for the entire process with intention of completing the job right the first time. Everyone I encountered was professional and empathetic to the situation. I cannot tell the car was ever damaged, thank you!”

“I went to lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings. I live out of town and my ignition went out. I called Chris at the service department and he was so helpful. I told him my issue and did not want to drive the hour out of town without getting my van fixed. He ordered the part that day and the next day called me at 11:00 and my van was fixed by 1:15. The staff there is amazing from the driver's Dale and Brian to the advisors Chris and Stephanie and Curtis, they were all so helpful. I definitely recommend the service department 😊”
