“Friendly, helpful, and has a nice co-pilot (Freya). I was lucky enough to schedule a tow with him. Called a half hour ahead of time to verify, and he was just down the road. What more can you ask for? In the unfortunate event I will need a tow again, I will call Thin Line first.”
“Quite a professional experience like I’ve not ever seen before. I’ve already shared the name and location with people. First I have to express that I called to obtain a quote and availability for the two windshields I was needing of which I made an appointment the following morning for one of them because their fees beat all quotes. They were fast and friendly to where I struck up conversations with three workers as they passed through the office. I’ll be back (like the quote from terminator ?). Those conversations lasted moments but I found out lots of valuable information of which I’ve already used one tip…. I initiated those visits because I like people and learn by doing this. The tech that replaced the old windshield stayed at it until it was completed and then added to the experience with his thoughts. I found out they not only do glass but body work, paint and paint less dent repair.It was fun and like family. I recommend them, can’t wait for my second shield replacement on Monday”

“My transfer case on my truck blew up Saturday night about 20 minutes south of Billings when I was towing a heavy trailer.
I've called 10+ towing companies and the only one that offered to help was this one.
Not only guys here helped me to get to Billings, but they also fixed my truck quickly and for a very reasonable price.
Overall, my experience was amazing and I cannot recommend this company enough - not only for towing needs but for general repairs as well.”
