“We were in the road trip 20 miles from Billings when we picked up a good sized windshield rock chip. We called Auto Glass Direct of Billings and spoke with Jonathan who suggested that we stop by and he would take a look. We arrived in 10-min. and 45-min later with an amazing glass repair, a virtually invisible repair, at a very reasonable price. The service was outstanding and Jonathan could not have been more helpful. We highly recommend this LOCAL company.”

He was extremely nice and did a great job on the windshield. It’s hard to even see the crack. $70 well spent. Thank you Dave for great service!!”

“You find out a lot about a business when something goes wrong. This happened on my recent visit and the folks at Master Lube really went over and above to make things right.”
“This location is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I pull in I am met with eager, helpful, kind individuals. This last visit was no exception. I was confused whether I needed a full oil change and they informed me I was still good for another 2,000 miles, topped off all my fluids and sent me on the way. I appreciated the honesty more than I can say. So many businesses would have taken my money without hesitation. Thank you for being an exceptional, honest business. It's also great that there are a couple of rockstar females on your crew. Great experience across the board. 10/10 will recommend.”
“Purchased shower door and install from them. Very professional service! Final product is fantastic and they are a pleasure to deal with through the entire process!”

“Just got done getting my window fixed in my car great service and great price and they are honest as well I'll definitely go there again if I have any issues.”
“Thank you for reaching out to me. The service was great, but I have a complaint. I called Friday to get an estimate for oil change for a Ram 2500 truck with a 6.4 l hemi, with 7 quarts of synthetic oil. I was told $89.99. With i got the bill, it was $115+15. For extra oil. So I was disappointed. The service was great, I am happy about that, but not happy with the Quote. Thanks”
“I have taken my vehicle in to them twice. They are very prompt. They give you a lot of details of what needs to be done how long it’ll take and then they always go above and beyond they clean it up vacuum it. I received extra parts when they found that they were necessary without cost, love this crew highly recommend.”
“Boys did a fantastic job on wifey’s car. Her 1st response was the car hasn’t been this clean since we purchased it. Washed, waxed & tires treated. Interior immaculate. Car looks beautiful! Thanks!!”

“Critelli is amazing. We had a shattered back window in our 2000 Denali. They found the window and replaced it the next day!
I have had other windows replaced by Critelli and every time they are the most reasonably priced and do a super quality job! Thank you Critelli!!”
“They were significantly cheaper than local shops and they came right to my car. They also showed up right on time and were done very quickly. Very professional and I highly recommend them!”
