“I can't recommend these guys enough! I was looking for tempered glass for our light plant, it was around 3 am while using it that I thought about trying to replace it. So I come on Yelp to do a query. Jason responded back very early in the morning. He made sure what I was trying to order was the best product for me. Once we were sure, he ordered it on a Thursday. Estimated a 7-10 day turn around time. He called me the following Monday morning at 8 am saying they were in. Not only were they so nice, professional, and easy to communicate with, but their price was half the cost of the next cheapest quote I had found online. Very happy customer in all aspects!”

“Where do I start? First time dealing with needing any kind of glass installed and unfortunately I needed a window installed on my driver door when the weather is in the negative and I called every glass installation business in Billings for a quote and every place was super expensive and couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks but then I called Fas-Break Glass and Cody was more than helpful and got us scheduled for the next day which is today.. they got it done faster than I expected and the customer service was top notch! Thank you Cody and Fas-Break for helping me and my lady because it was COLD without a driver window. I will refer you guys to anyone I know that's in need of the services you guys provide! I made a 9:00 a.m. phone call (Cathy, you were wonderful) to learn that you had my windshield in stock and could do a replacement right away. By the time I arrived, you had already contacted my insurance company. I was able to bring my computer and work from your beautiful, comfortable, clean lobby and enjoy the beverages you provided. By 12:45 p.m., not only did I have a perfectly installed new windshield, but a vacuumed car, a beautifully handwritten thank you note, clear instructions on what to do/not to do with the new install, a $20 coupon for future services, AND candy-filled Easter eggs “hidden” throughout the driver and front passenger areas (I mean, what a nice fun surprise).
