The kid running this store is just that, a kid. He doesn't care about helping customers only making sales. He has a lot of growing up to do. Stop lying to customers just to make a sale buddy.

Bad coverage and the worst customer service. App will not down load on their phone. And if you do get customer service their English is so bad you can not understand them, Cricket is just another "do not care about it customers company."

I went in to pay my bill and the guy working was awful. Absolutely did not want to help after a technical issue shut off my account. Business card said his name was Nate. Guess they don't make customer service like they used to.
