They gave us stickers and let the kids color and play games on the phones all while answering our questions and handling other customers as well. “I've never had an issue with the people here. They're pretty busy, but they were able to help me before my appointment. I wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me, but he was amazing. If you need to get a new phone or Internet, I would advise setting an appointment. They don't intentionally have a line, but they are busy. Great people in general!”
