“Mike who works in the animal department at the Westend store is absolutely incredible when it comes to customer service! When you ask him a question, he takes time to listen and then finds you an answer! He even went out of his way to find, and then bring back with him, the hard to find dog food I needed when he went out to the Hardin store! Most of the time when you ask about an item you’ll hear “sorry we’re out” but not with Mike! Mike goes out of his way to help you, and as a customer I really appreciate him!… and so do my dogs!”
“Can't say much about this place that negative. It's one of my favorite places to shop & I seem to find myself here often. I'd actually rather go here than Walmart. Sure they don't have nearly as much inventory, but really, how much of what you buy in walmart do you honestly need? I never come in Biglots without making a purchase & normally a few items more than what was on my list.”

“This store is excellent. I had just purchased a pair of boots a few days prior and the same boots went on sale. They honored the sale price, without hesitation. Tells me this is a well ruin business. Kudos to them. They have my business.”
“The store is incredibly well-stocked. Everything was easily accessible. The help was not as helpful as they are on the west end. I would not shop there on a regular basis because of the lack of service.”
“Great staff at this location. We purchased a trailer and a dog kennel. When we pulled around to the back, there were trailers that were not on display. Jamal the manager took the time to figure out how to swap the trailers. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Went here on Black Friday as I love their annual deals and was in need of underwear. The staff was so friendly and had such great energy when walking into the store. I didn't require assistance as everything was easy to find, and I was on a mission to find what I wanted/needed.
Unfortunately, I did grab the wrong size bras and had to swap them out the next day. But again, the staff was understanding and friendly through the transaction.”
“I hate dollar tree with a passion but this location specifically has more variety of items than other locations in Billings. This isn’t a five star review for the store itself but instead a five start review for an employee by the name ELI. I’ve never had a dollar tree cashier ring me up so quick and be so attentive to the customer. It didn’t feel like any other dollar tree experience I’ve ever had and I will only be coming back when I see ELI behind the counter :) Good job ELI. You deserve a raise!”

“This store is wonderful and they try so hard to have all the stock out for you to choose from plus the employees are extremely nice. I spend too much money but I feel like I always get a good deal, although it was better when items cost $1.00 instead of the $1.25, $3.00 and $5.00. I hope the boss changes the prices back to $1.00! Overall a good experience! Thanks”

“This Penney's is like an outlet store. I always find things for an excellent price. The service is not so great since they have had to cut back so much on employees. There is usually only one or two cashiers.”

“This is a decent Walmart. Shelves are always stocked and store is clean. Staff has been friendly as well. There’s always employees on the sales floor so no having to walk all over to find some help. I love their book section.”
“Walmart's grocery pick up is AWFUL, beware when you try to order groceries from them, I am a single mother and I placed a $500 grocery order from them and their system immediately kicked it back as "cancelled sorry for the inconvenience" and are now holding my money without returning it for up to 10 days, they do not care how I am supposed to feed my family now, they said it is a glitch in their system. A glitch that takes people's money and gives them no groceries and puts $500 in their pockets for ten days. I am truly so disappointed and will never use their service EVER again!”
