I bought my ROK form case here had same spectacular experience i did and returned tonight with my kiddo and her new iphone 16 . they helped put a screen protector, find the perfect case for her and camera protectors installed OTD , in 15 min treated like royalty . ? wouldn't get my accessories anywhere else then the Shilo / zoo verizon!”
“My husband and I switched 7 lines from Verizon and I can not tell you enough how wonderful this store was to us and our kids who started to get antsy! They gave us stickers and let the kids color and play games on the phones all while answering our questions and handling other customers as well. Never thought we would have so much fun at a phone store! I’ll be referring all out family and friends.”

They have great merchandise, the store is very clean & well organized, plus I can get some grocery items here as well. Their 'on sale merchandise' area is amazing with lots of choices. “I went in to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Cricket and Morgan helped me, she went above and beyond by dealing with ST customer service, who at one point kept her on hold for 46 minutes while she was attempting to get a transfer code so I could keep my same phone number, I was ready to give up and get a new number but Morgan kept calling them back and was finally able to get the code and kept my number for me. She was very nice even while dealing with their less than professional CS agents at Straight Talk. I would highly recommend the store on Main Street to anyone.”
“The store is clean and well kept, and most of the employees are helpful. I was initially told they didn’t have what I was looking for, but when I spoke with a manager, they were able to show me the available options. Some staff could benefit from using “I’m not sure, let me check” instead of giving a quick no, and taking a moment to look things up to better assist customers. Aside from that, it was a good visit overall.”

“I have never had an issue with them they are always so nice so polite and friendly. Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation ( it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!!!!!!”
