All of these negative reviews are about FIB phone service or other issues outside of this particular branch's control. I have several accounts and use this branch often. They are pleasant, helpful and professional. I'd strongly recommend this branch.

I love this Bank add specially due to the employees at work here. I recently went to treatment and when I got home my account was in the negative and the bank has been very gracious at letting me get things caught up. Thanks again FIB
