The Hertz Car Rental was clean and new. Car was clean and nice. Super clean interior/exterior and new car. Easy in and easy out. Easy in and easy out for early flight returning with dropbox set up for early flights. No smoking in cars and penalty was paid smoke. Counter guy was in bad mood but staffing was 5 star rating. Counter guy was in disbelief but replaced car with SUV. SUV was worse gas mileage but gas mileage was poor. Expensive but expected. Agent was quick to process and get car on way. Rental was super nice and had no pressure to upgrade. Car was like new and looked great.
