I called Elichai from across the country, asking him to design a pendant for my wife’s 60th birthday….she had wanted a yogo sapphire necklace since we lived in Montana more than 30 years ago! Even though we were working at a distance, it was such a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Elichai is a great listener….he heard my vision and worked patiently with me (via emails and calls) to create a design that was so much nicer than I could have envisioned. When I asked for a particular design element that could have pushed the price out of my range, Elichai came up with an approach to capture the look I was hoping for, while remaining within my budget. Elichai also worked hard to find the most stunning centerpiece stone for the pendant from one of his sources….it is absolutely brilliant in the piece!My wife loves her pendant and wears it with excitement whenever we go out! Elichai is truly a gifted jeweler and working with him couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. “I bought a steer skull while visiting Billings , Montana. I live in Kansas but was told it would be shipped to me. I have tried calling the store but the phone number says it is no longer in service. I was given a business card and also searched google , and both show the same phone number. I called the Red Lodge store to see if I could get in touch with anyone in Billings. She was very cordial and tried to help by giving me the owners phone number. I’ve called that number repeatedly only to get the message that the mailbox is full and then I’m disconnected. So I spent $300 for an item 6 days ago that I don’t even know if it has been shipped with no way to communicate with the sales representative or owner. I would not shop this store again has it is not meeting customers needs. How does a business advertise a phone number that is not in service. So for now I guess it’s a waiting game to see if it comes.Update : the owner contacted me and addressed my concerns about communication issues and we had a great conversation. She was polite and professional . The skull arrived in perfect condition. Because this was handled well I am upgrading my review. The staff at red lodge were great to talk to and because of her I will give the company 4 stars. She followed up on my concerns and was very understanding. She deserves to be recognized. I’m sorry I forgot her name but if this is read by her I thank you so much for how you handled everything and followed up like you promised.”
