Tianna at the Rimrock Mall location is AMAZING! I have a necklace that had a knot from hell in it, she whipped that knot out in less than 5 minutes!! She was kind and courteous! I highly recommend her if you need help with your jewelry, or are looking to purchase! She deserves a GOLD STAR AWARD, and a raise!!
