“I called Riddle's Jewelers a week or so ago inquiring if they had a particular Citizen's watch. I spoke with Stephanie who was exceptionally nice and helpful. Though they did not have the exact watch in stock, she promptly ordered it for me. However, I had a unique request and need on top of the watch. I was born with cerebral palsy and, though I can drive with hand controls, I cannot get out of my vehicle to walk inside the store. After explaining this to Stephanie, she gladly came out to my truck to take my payment, bring me my watch, then take it back inside to size it to fit my wrist, and then brought it back out to me.Stephanie went above and beyond her job requirements and was so very helpful and patient. Her help was a real blessing to me. Stephanie and Riddle's Jewelry were wonderful to work with and I very much appreciate them and recommend them to you. 5 Stars and two big (and grateful) thumbs up!!”

I was only in town for a week and not only did he agree to see me and inspect my ring (I was taking it in for an inspection) but he agreed to fix up a prong on my ring and then topped off multiple prongs without even charging me. “I brought my son in this morning because he likes bargain hunting. I was greeted immediately walking in the door. One of the guys asked if there was something specific I was looking for. They unfortunately didn’t have anything my son was looking for but made several recommendations.While my son was cruising the isles I took notice of a few firearms. Had they accepted credit cards I would have purchased. I will be back to buy the two firearms I wanted.In short, customer service was good and the two gentlemen I interacted with were nice and professional.”

“Some of he clothes in here are so so cute; the atmosphere is adorable and the shop has a really nice layout. I love the selection of different styles and colors. You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. All in all, I think they have some of the cutest clothes in Billings; I just wish the service and pricing was better.”

“I bought a steer skull while visiting Billings , Montana. I live in Kansas but was told it would be shipped to me. I have tried calling the store but the phone number says it is no longer in service. I was given a business card and also searched google , and both show the same phone number. I called the Red Lodge store to see if I could get in touch with anyone in Billings. She was very cordial and tried to help by giving me the owners phone number. I’ve called that number repeatedly only to get the message that the mailbox is full and then I’m disconnected. So I spent $300 for an item 6 days ago that I don’t even know if it has been shipped with no way to communicate with the sales representative or owner. I would not shop this store again has it is not meeting customers needs. How does a business advertise a phone number that is not in service. So for now I guess it’s a waiting game to see if it comes.Update : the owner contacted me and addressed my concerns about communication issues and we had a great conversation. She was polite and professional . The skull arrived in perfect condition. Because this was handled well I am upgrading my review. The staff at red lodge were great to talk to and because of her I will give the company 4 stars. She followed up on my concerns and was very understanding. She deserves to be recognized. I’m sorry I forgot her name but if this is read by her I thank you so much for how you handled everything and followed up like you promised.”

“Was just in National pawn looking for a PS4 witch no one has. Been to numerous pawn shops in Billings they take pride in there store very clean and smells good. Definitely will be back.”

“The store manager is the worst at customer service she makes it seem like you’re a burden by coming into the store. Her personal phone is constantly dinging and ringing very unprofessional. She identified herself as store manager and told me I had a keloid and I was so scared cause only doctors can remove them but the look of a keloid and the look of my bump from internet searching was not matching. I came back and was able to talk to the piercer who actually knew what she was talking about and let me know she did not believe that it was a keloid but directed me to see a doctor if that what I thought it was. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things. I can’t say store manager did the same. Piercer offered some aftercare instructions and told me if I had any more issue I can come back or call and she is more than happy to look but her instructions have worked after only a week and a half of doing it. How your store manager knows nothing about piercing and healing is beside me how can you run a piercing shop when you know nothing about it? If I didn’t like your piercer I would not go back. Not worth it. 5 stars because of the piercer. 0 stars for the store manager. Don’t know what you are talking about then don’t scare customers into thinking they have something wrong with them she could have told me to come back and talk to the piercer and told Me when she would be there. Frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. I almost wasted money on seeing a doctor for a keloid that wasn’t a keloid! What a joke!”

“My husband and I went there to get my ring cleaned to get his ring fixed because it was oval instead of round (after 35 years go figure!). They were so helpful. They did not charge us a dime for cleaning over rings nor for making my husband's ring round again. And they were so pleasant to deal with. When we're in the market for new jewelry, this will be the place we go to. Such wonderful people there.”
