He said they would always check someone’s ring. So kind and nice. I would definitely come back here. The jewelry in the cases were beautiful too and he had some unique looking pieces.”
“I bought a steer skull while visiting Billings , Montana. I live in Kansas but was told it would be shipped to me. I have tried calling the store but the phone number says it is no longer in service. I was given a business card and also searched google , and both show the same phone number. I called the Red Lodge store to see if I could get in touch with anyone in Billings. She was very cordial and tried to help by giving me the owners phone number. I’ve called that number repeatedly only to get the message that the mailbox is full and then I’m disconnected. So I spent $300 for an item 6 days ago that I don’t even know if it has been shipped with no way to communicate with the sales representative or owner. I would not shop this store again has it is not meeting customers needs. How does a business advertise a phone number that is not in service. So for now I guess it’s a waiting game to see if it comes.Update : the owner contacted me and addressed my concerns about communication issues and we had a great conversation. She was polite and professional . The skull arrived in perfect condition. Because this was handled well I am upgrading my review. The staff at red lodge were great to talk to and because of her I will give the company 4 stars. She followed up on my concerns and was very understanding. She deserves to be recognized. I’m sorry I forgot her name but if this is read by her I thank you so much for how you handled everything and followed up like you promised.”

“This is my go to place for body jewelry and piercings! The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly! They have great prices on everything and an awesome selection. They are great at what they do, very professional, and they make the process very simple and comfortable. Not to mention they will change out your jewelry for you free of charge! They just reopened my nose piercing because it closed up and they made it so quick and easy… and painless on my wallet and my nose. Everyone in there is awesome and it is well worth checking out if you haven’t. 5 stars highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend, I live in another state and buy here when I'm in Billings and have had zero issues. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's a difficult business, many people are frustrated by local shops because they don't understand how the movement, buying and selling of metals works. With any shop expect to pay a premium above spot and most of the time get less than spot when you sell, however these spreads vary based on market and type of metal transacted. If you don't like the price at purchase or sale never be afraid to get another opinion.”

I just wanted to shout out Tom who helped me get my watch under warranty. Shout out Joan and Tianna for helping me get a new band for my watch and reaching out to me. Even though the place was busy, I never felt like another number in line!!! Their people here are some of the most down to earth people I have ran into at a business. I highly, HIGHLY recommend going there for all your jewelry needs. Tianna also helped me out with a wish list of future watches and bracelets. Never once did I feel rushed.
