“Awesome owner and staff. I was having a bad week and there help made life a lil bit easier. I would recommend them over other shops due to there flexibility and willing to help. The 3 month interest rate for pawn Is super helpful. Thanks Northside pawn. Cheers”
“This place has a little bit of everything, Including great prices. Very fast and very friendly staff. If you're lucky the shop dog will be in, he's the best! Quality items from stem to Stern. A very impressive fire arms selection and the staff know their stuff about the entire inventory. This place is one of my favorite shops to do business with”
“Guys are solid there. Bring a human element to what can be a ruthless business. It's a fair pawn shop which can be hard to find around billings. Every time I try another pawn I'm always disappointed. Ive shopped around in the past and always come back to Northwestern.”
“Was just in National pawn looking for a PS4 witch no one has. Been to numerous pawn shops in Billings they take pride in there store very clean and smells good. Definitely will be back.”
“Always attempted to contact me before the loan was due. Always friendly at the counter.
A little more interaction when customers are looking at things behind glass or counters, but I know they’re busy so I let it slide.”

“Such a great experience, it’s not only a pawnshop but is also a trading post! The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend coming to check them out!”
