My car smells like cigarette smoke, I have to drive with the windows down in winter. This is the second car like this. Otherwise the people are very friendly the staff is great. Very unhappy with my rental.

Overall nothing was unsatisfactory for this rental, check in was quick and fairly easy, it was nearly 3x the price as when we rented a car in Louisiana earlier this year, but no major issues, the car was as promised, they honored my reservation and received the vehicle I had requested and return took less than 30 seconds.
