Why I chose Masterlube: The tire pressure warning light came on two days ago on my way home from work. I got nervous and checked the pressures when I got home. They were all low. That evening, I saw Masterlube's commercial for a free tire pressure check!
The next morning, I stopped by the store on my way to work (very convenient) and 'took them up on their offer.'
My experience: I pulled up to the door, they saw me immediately and carefully guided me over 'the pit.' I have a small/narrow car, so this was a very important step. I put my window down and told them what I needed. Within a few seconds, I found myself having a fresh cup of coffee while all three of the smiling and very attentive staff were giving me their undivided attention.
One was checking the air preesure, another was washing my windshield, and the third was vacuuming the inside of my car!
I was back on my way to work within ten minutes with the proper pressure in all tires. All at NO CHARGE!!
This team of professionals really made my day. I have a new place to get my oil changed when it's time.

“Cody and the guys at the shop took care of me when I had a hole in my tire. It was a super small leak, and originally they couldn't find it. They took some more time and eventually found the smallest hole in the tire that they had seen. Fixed it all up, and even gave me a new Stem, all free of charge for the services. It's been a couple weeks and there still isn't any leaks! Would recommend!”

“Honestly might be the best car wash I’ve ever used. The machines are fully touchless. And they have guys with pressure washers at the entrance, and a guy to hand-towel your car at the end. I won’t go near most car washes, but I’ll go out of my way to return to Wave in Billings.”

She went out of her way to help me and make sure I was okay with leave on the spare. They replaced the spare and checked around town to find a replacement. Reading through any of the 1 stars they have received you can tell what kind of people have left those. Impatient, rude, and condescending customers who know zero about vehicles. No business can impress 100% of their customers though, so that is just how it goes. Especially the ones who expect their vehicle to be fixed before everyone else's because they are in a hurry?”

“This shop was amazing! I was in town briefly for an airport run and they got me in first thing on a Monday morning at the last minute. Rates were extremely reasonable and I was off and running back to Wyoming quickly. Cleanest waiting area and restroom I've ever seen in a repair shop! You guys are a blessing!”
