“Thank you for reaching out to me. The service was great, but I have a complaint. I called Friday to get an estimate for oil change for a Ram 2500 truck with a 6.4 l hemi, with 7 quarts of synthetic oil. I was told $89.99. With i got the bill, it was $115+15. For extra oil. So I was disappointed. The service was great, I am happy about that, but not happy with the Quote. Thanks”
“This location is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I pull in I am met with eager, helpful, kind individuals. This last visit was no exception. I was confused whether I needed a full oil change and they informed me I was still good for another 2,000 miles, topped off all my fluids and sent me on the way. I appreciated the honesty more than I can say. So many businesses would have taken my money without hesitation. Thank you for being an exceptional, honest business. It's also great that there are a couple of rockstar females on your crew. Great experience across the board. 10/10 will recommend.”

No problem is too big and he uses his tribal knowledge and vast experience to recommend preventative services that save me time and money. It is clear he is passionate about serving the customer and developing his business employees! I have been in Corporate John Deere Company for 30 years and I often use Eric and Tire Rama as examples of how to treat the customer. Finally he has such a great bedside manner and makes you feel like you are part of his family. He is never transactional and I view him as a trusted advisor.”

Everybody, from front end staff- particularly, Shepperd- to tire techs have great attitudes, and work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They have expert knowledge and a great selection. “This car wash has always been amazing! I just came through with a very dirty pickup. They soaked it down and they pressure wash the snot out of it. I felt real bad for them guys but they did an amazing job! When I come out the other end I still have some bugs on the front of the pickup so they graciously sent me back through. I didn't get no attitude, nobody got annoyed, it was all done with a smile looks amazing. I can't highly recommend this place enough !! Best car wash in town!!!!!!”

“If you are looking for an honest shop, this is it. I can’t recommend them enough. We’ve had them look at two vehicles for which other shops recommended brake jobs. On one the other shop recommended new pads due to wear. The Brake Shop advised our brake pads were still adequate. On the other they let us know the current pads were composed of the wrong material, but still safe to drive on, just a little squeaky. We elected to have the second vehicle done. The Brake Shop was reasonable, efficient, and had great communication the entire time. They work on just about everything, not just brakes.”
