“I really like Sam's Club because it's not too crowded, making it comfortable to shop, and they have a wider selection of products at lower prices compared to Costco.
Customer service is great.
The downside is that it might be farther away from my home than Costco, also At the exit door, sometimes it takes a long time to check the receipts.
I hope Sam's Club will consider relocating to a more convenient location, like King Ave W.

“The pharmacy is very busy but the staff is very welcoming and apologetic if there is a delay. They have gone above and beyond to help my get last minute emergency prescriptions for my son. Sure I may have to wait more then I'd like but seeing how hard the staff is working buzzing around gives me peace of mind that they are working very hard to help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's not the staffs fault for being busy so I look at the perspective on how they handle it and treat customers during this time. For that I give them 5 stars.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as somebody living with chronic health problems and picking up controlled substances often and having to struggle with pharmacies. Sam's Club pharmacy has stepped up and became my absolute favorite. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist you getting your prescription. I've had issues with prescriptions for years and never had a pharmacist call my insurance on their own to figure out the issue and get me my prescription. Love the pharmacy technicians too. They absolutely are friendly. Willing to help me in any way I can. Half of them have already remembered my name and I've only been going there for a couple of months now. I would definitely say Sam's Club pharmacy is my favorite one in town hands down.”
“The Billings Clinic Atrium pharmacy has always been good to me and taken care of my needs. This, I appreciate, and their professionalism. I believe the staff works at times short-handed, but they remain steadfast and always show a spirit of willingness to help and better a situation if needed, and of course their main goal is to get your prescription across the counter and into your hands!”

“Used to use CVS on 6th and Central but it's almost never open. They close at random times. Sometimes the drive through is closed and they are open inside due to a lack of staffing. Albertsons kept calling until they were able to finally obtain my prescriptions and move them over and it's been great ever since! They are always open during hours of operations (a bizarre thing to have to say), only problem is the drive through wasn't operating and had to go in, but that was a mechanical issue. Staff are always friendly.I suspect the issue is whatever CVS pays their employees aren't enough to keep it staffed, as other pharmacies are operational. At one point I had to move my scripts because they didn't sign with Blue Cross Blue Shield policy, due to saying they didn't want to pay enough, though we went back when my employer got us a new insurance plan. Whatever the reason, it's a huge issue and I should have stayed here as they can be depended on.”

“They have "snug" fit condoms, the only place in town I can find them is CVS. All the other places only have standard and Magnum sizes which don't stay on, especially the magnums. Glad this CVS realizes that there aren't just two sizes of condoms.”
“I love Juro’s Pharmacy! I have been using large corporate pharmacies for years now and it wasn’t until I recently moved here to Billings that I decided to make the switch to a Family-owned, local small business. Juros has a few services I absolutely love:1) free same day delivery of prescriptions2) cost effective equipment I can prescribe to my clients (I am a physical therapist) and use with my clients.3) Amazing customer service. The employees go out of their way to help you and many of them have worked at Juros for 20 years! (I typically interpret low employee turnover in healthcare as a sign that management/ownership actually value their employees and treat them right).4) local, mom and pop feel where every customer is valued and not just a number. The pharmacy will reach out to you personally if you haven’t picked up a prescription or have a question on your medication.5) Most importantly, an experienced pharmacist who is always available to provide his expertise and opinion.As long as I live in Billings, I will never go back to using a pharmacy like Walgreens and CVS again!”

“Nice than Costco fuel for the simple fact that Sam's provides water and a scrubbing tool to clean your windows. They also provide paper towels to wipe the oil off the dip sticks when checking your oil. Such little conveniences separate then from Costco stations.”
