The new system they got to scan and go is nice. I do miss interacting with my cashiers. But when the cashier's lines are full it does make it more convenient

Crowded, however our shopping list was completed. Love using the app to record purchases and then payment and easy check out.

Absolutely stellar experience for my first time at a Sam’s Club ! Jessica Hill who assisted me was beyond helpful and walked me through process to enroll as well as helped me set everything up to check out seamlessly.
