“I have to give props to all of the staff here at this location. The lead pharmacist was able to give me two heart medication pills when my doctor lapsed my refill. This is something, that even though allowed to do in his position, I feel he could have taken the lazy way out but no, he made sure I had 2 pills until my script is refilled. This place is amazing, and im able to trust them sincerely, they are close to my home, and I feel welcome and cared about. 10/10”

“The pharmacy is very busy but the staff is very welcoming and apologetic if there is a delay. They have gone above and beyond to help my get last minute emergency prescriptions for my son. Sure I may have to wait more then I'd like but seeing how hard the staff is working buzzing around gives me peace of mind that they are working very hard to help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's not the staffs fault for being busy so I look at the perspective on how they handle it and treat customers during this time. For that I give them 5 stars.”

“I LOVE this pharmacy and the staff is always so kind and pleasant to deal with. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the hours of operation are slightly less than accommodating. 9-5 M-F is when I have to be at work, so if I need to run to the pharmacy, it's going to cut into my own work hours. However, the fact that I still use Genoa even though the operating hours aren't ideal (and there's no drive-thru option) says a lot about how much I really like it.”
“We switched from Walgreens , probably the worst pharmacy in existence, to Osco and immediately were greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. The Osco hours are 💯 more accommodating and the staff is noticeably friendlier. They
fill the prescriptions much quicker and without issue!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as somebody living with chronic health problems and picking up controlled substances often and having to struggle with pharmacies. Sam's Club pharmacy has stepped up and became my absolute favorite. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist you getting your prescription. I've had issues with prescriptions for years and never had a pharmacist call my insurance on their own to figure out the issue and get me my prescription. Love the pharmacy technicians too. They absolutely are friendly. Willing to help me in any way I can. Half of them have already remembered my name and I've only been going there for a couple of months now. I would definitely say Sam's Club pharmacy is my favorite one in town hands down.”

“This was an outstanding team the day I visited. I was just in town for a surgery that was being performed on my daughter and I had to go get medicine for her and ice packs and the whole Pharmacy was very helpful in every possible way! I asked about ice packs, and one of the employees Lindsay stepped away from her job and came out and gave me some of the best options and showed me things that I missed the first time I was in there. I just wanted to say it was a great experience. They are under so much pressure there and they have to deal with so many different types of situations; due to the pharmaceutical industry… Give them a break and show them some love!!!”

“Nice than Costco fuel for the simple fact that Sam's provides water and a scrubbing tool to clean your windows. They also provide paper towels to wipe the oil off the dip sticks when checking your oil. Such little conveniences separate then from Costco stations.”
