“Pharm406 has been excellent at getting me the correct medications and dose, since I started with them a couple of years ago. The staff are wonderful and take care of everything for me! They help me tremendously by delivering my medications to my home, and they always call me if there’s any problems. I received my RSV, Covid 19 and Flu vaccinations there, and it went as smooth as silk! As a retired RN I know about vaccinations?. I can get my medications there much cheaper than other pharmacies, and I don’t have to use one of those Rx savings cards. I am very grateful for how everyone at Pharm 406 has treated me, and I appreciate their compassion and commitment to excellence!”

“Had to get a mini fridge for my truck. Called the night before to see if they had the model i was looking for. Sure enough they did. Got there at 08:00 on a saturday morning. Plus members get in at that time. Ladies were all very nice and helpful. Was able to use my Sams card and the extra 43$ of credits. Got my rig in and out. Parked by Cabellas with the other RVs. Worked perfectly. Wish all Walmart stores and employees were as nice as Sams”

“Used to use CVS on 6th and Central but it's almost never open. They close at random times. Sometimes the drive through is closed and they are open inside due to a lack of staffing. Albertsons kept calling until they were able to finally obtain my prescriptions and move them over and it's been great ever since! They are always open during hours of operations (a bizarre thing to have to say), only problem is the drive through wasn't operating and had to go in, but that was a mechanical issue. Staff are always friendly.I suspect the issue is whatever CVS pays their employees aren't enough to keep it staffed, as other pharmacies are operational. At one point I had to move my scripts because they didn't sign with Blue Cross Blue Shield policy, due to saying they didn't want to pay enough, though we went back when my employer got us a new insurance plan. Whatever the reason, it's a huge issue and I should have stayed here as they can be depended on.”

“Friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist took ample time to explain the process of my new medication and how to inject. You have the option to ship or pick up meds(atleast mine) and they call about a week out to discuss delivery etc. For my first injection the pharmacist had a prop to show exactly how the medication would be injected and I was able to test run which eased my mind. He answered all my questions and went over side effects etc. I received a starter bag with a water bottle, ice pack, alcohol pads, pen, paperwork and sharps container. That was an unexpected nice touch.”

“I have a complex Rx in which my insurance only covers 3 of 4 pills, forcing my pain medicine Dr. to write 2 Rxs, one of which I pay out of pocket for. The Rxs. are written by the same physician, but because the medication is an opiate, some inexperienced pharmacists think I am trying to manipulate the system despite numerous reassuring calls/faxes from my physician. Tracy, a very empathetic, experienced PharmD at this CVS is aware of the situation and always fills on-time. The reason this CVS doesn't get 5 stars is new or temp pharmacists at this CVS will not fill on time, despite this being totally legal by DEA, FDA & MT state laws. This causes a constant issue with late fills, except when Tracy & other experienced pharmacists are working. Because it is a pain med, this causes me to face unnecessary pain & dangerous withdrawal at times. This is fairly rare, but that is only because experienced ParmDs like Tracy are knowledgeable about current laws and go out of their way to help. The techs are also outstanding in trying to help.”

“Transferred all my meds to CVS from Walmart. I have been a customer at Walmart pharmacy for over 12 years and in the last two years I've had nothing but headaches trying to get meds refilled there. It was a nightmare going without medication while no one at the pharmacy at Walmart were on the same page getting six different answers all the time. CVS has been amazing and I've had no issues if something is wrong I'm notified immediately. Something Walmart never did for me . I'm able to pick up meds in the drive through without any issues which is nice since I'm disabled and sometimes walking a short distance is difficult.”

“The pharmacy is very busy but the staff is very welcoming and apologetic if there is a delay. They have gone above and beyond to help my get last minute emergency prescriptions for my son. Sure I may have to wait more then I'd like but seeing how hard the staff is working buzzing around gives me peace of mind that they are working very hard to help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's not the staffs fault for being busy so I look at the perspective on how they handle it and treat customers during this time. For that I give them 5 stars.”

“In June my wife and I were traveling to Houston MD Anderson for medical treatments and we stayed at our sons house in Billings. Before I left home, I replaced the hose and soon found that I had forgotten the adapter to the hose on my CPAP machine. I went to your store on Grand and explained my dilemma. Susy Gerber assisted me and explained I probably would have to purchase a complete mask. Not wanting to spend much money due to my circumstances I hesitantly agreed. She said wait, they may have a sample in back that might work. She diligently searched and searched then found one. Your great employee saved me money during a fiscally challenging time.
