“This is a hidden gem downtown! The staff is great and always nice. They also do consultations for minor medical issues and CAN prescribe medication to treat that. Much cheaper and easier than trying to go to a clinic or hospital!!! They have their own designated parking spot out front as well that is free so that’s nice for downtown. Saved me a trip to the walk-in today for a cold that won’t go away! Went and saw Jamie and got some antibiotics and left in 20 minutes or less.”
“I have to give props to all of the staff here at this location. The lead pharmacist was able to give me two heart medication pills when my doctor lapsed my refill. This is something, that even though allowed to do in his position, I feel he could have taken the lazy way out but no, he made sure I had 2 pills until my script is refilled. This place is amazing, and im able to trust them sincerely, they are close to my home, and I feel welcome and cared about. 10/10”

“The pharmacy is very busy but the staff is very welcoming and apologetic if there is a delay. They have gone above and beyond to help my get last minute emergency prescriptions for my son. Sure I may have to wait more then I'd like but seeing how hard the staff is working buzzing around gives me peace of mind that they are working very hard to help customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's not the staffs fault for being busy so I look at the perspective on how they handle it and treat customers during this time. For that I give them 5 stars.”
“Not only have I been able to lose weight, but my migraine headaches have completely gone away (I've spent my entire life battling them). My neurologist says that reduced inflammation by the GLP-1 has done the trick. All that from GRRx, and I am saving money too.”
“We’ve been on vacation and are just passing through heading home. My daughter got an ear infection and needed some drops. I got a Rx sent here shortly before they opened. I pulled up 15 min after opening, and it was already filled, run through insurance, and ready to go. I truly appreciate the amazing service and how quick it was. “I LOVE this pharmacy and the staff is always so kind and pleasant to deal with. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the hours of operation are slightly less than accommodating. 9-5 M-F is when I have to be at work, so if I need to run to the pharmacy, it's going to cut into my own work hours. However, the fact that I still use Genoa even though the operating hours aren't ideal (and there's no drive-thru option) says a lot about how much I really like it.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as somebody living with chronic health problems and picking up controlled substances often and having to struggle with pharmacies. Sam's Club pharmacy has stepped up and became my absolute favorite. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist you getting your prescription. I've had issues with prescriptions for years and never had a pharmacist call my insurance on their own to figure out the issue and get me my prescription. Love the pharmacy technicians too. They absolutely are friendly. Willing to help me in any way I can. Half of them have already remembered my name and I've only been going there for a couple of months now. I would definitely say Sam's Club pharmacy is my favorite one in town hands down.”

Food Court is always busy...because everything they sell is great! Customer service is amazing; helpful and quick in their feet. Super clean as well!”

“Nice than Costco fuel for the simple fact that Sam's provides water and a scrubbing tool to clean your windows. They also provide paper towels to wipe the oil off the dip sticks when checking your oil. Such little conveniences separate then from Costco stations.”
