The staff at this location are very friendly in person and over the phone. They approach us, direct us to what they are looking for, and make sure they are okay while they make decisions with a spouse. The team worked really hard together to get the sectional wanted from another location and great. A professional and polite employee was a pleasure to do business with and is definitely a keeper. The entire process for a large TV rental for a memorial service was amazing with timely delivery, an extra HDMI cord, great value and friendly staff. Highly recommend Rent-A-Center.

They approach when you walk in and direct you to what you are looking for then they make sure you're okay and will step back and not hover over you while you make decisions with your spouse .
