“We are in Wyoming and were looking for a specific Jøtul gas stove and they had one in stock. Took our down and held it for MONTHS while our contractor got further and further behind on our build. Then, when we picked it up, we found out that our contractor had misread the specs and put the vent 5inches too high. No worries, these guys sent us a stove pipe extension for free! Terrific customer service. Don't hesitate!”

“We were at first told the shop was too busy to fix our drier, but the guy asked a few questions and then said I’ll be there by noon. And he was. He was quick and clean and gone. Bill was half what we expected. Worth every penny.”
“The woman that answered the phone when I called to make payment arrangements was as rude as she could be. The fact that our gas bills are hight then anywhere else is bad enough, but to be spoken to in such a manner is totally uncalled for. Elderly people have a very hard time paying large utility bills. We are not stupid and shouldn't be treated with such disrespect. We didn't need computers to do our jobs, plus have respectful customers service skills!
