“I have been buying boot here for the better part of 10 years. I am on my 8th pair of Carolina Loggers, best boot I've ever worn! On my most recent pair I had a defect. A hard spot right under the ball of my foot. I called and ask if there was anything they could do for me. The fella that sold me the boots said he would take care of me. He called the rep and got me a fresh set of boots the same day. I don't know his name but, if you need a set of boots go in and see the young man he will get you fitted right and give you the best sales experience you guys will ever have. 100/10 will recommend Big Horn Boots and Carolina to any one who stands in boots all day.”

“The staff are excellent in there they don't have a big FR selection which I was a little disappointed in with them having two refineries in town I did have to order online through the store what I needed but the management which is a lady very professional courteous and respectful made it happen and they do price match and honor it I just had a really good vibe dealing with management and the store is ran like it's a big store but it's small I wish Boot Barn would give them a bigger location because they deserve it and Boot Barn corporate needs to give them a bigger location so they can size up in their inventory because it's causing them to lose sales”

“I went in looking for one specific item and wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. He spent about 20 to 25 minutes searching for it, even checking in the back. They didn’t end up having what I needed, but he absolutely deserves recognition for outstanding customer service.”
“Nice location for a shoe shop. Wife was excited for sure and was the winner of 3 well-priced sets of shoes! I was interested but the entire section was nothing but extra wide.....how is that even possible in a shoe store that large and one brand with only a ton of extra wide shoes only???
Does this location not care about service for men? Seemed odd to me at the least so my shopping will be elsewhere but as for my wife....she was thrilled and will continue shopping there. She especially enjoyed the simple and effective check out and the staff who supported the procedure. Well done!

It was nice they had a deal to trade in shoes to get a discount though, not that we used it because we didn’t have any shoes on us to trade in. OK SELECTION of shoes.
