“Over all we always stop here and usually have exceptional service. What I find discouraging is the product is narrowing down to a certain type of person. Not the stores fault but due to lack of product we use to get there, we are finding less reasons to shop here.”

“I've been a Redoxx customer since the early 2000s when I found them online. At one time or another, I have owned most of what they sell, so this is more of an overall review instead of specific bag. I've never had a bag that had as much of thread out of place much less an actual defect. You can buy these bags for life. I switch bags occasionally as requirements or moods change. The bag I used the longest was the Skytrain in coal color. I used it as a carry on for international travel for close to 7 years. Due to inflation and the high residual value of Redoxx bags, I was able to get my initial investment out of the bag when I sold it. Can't beat that.I've always said I would go by the store if I'm ever in Montana. This last summer I rode my motorcycle on a western loop from Alabama and decided to drop in to the store. Just so happens Jim Markel the owner was in the store. I had the opportunity to chat with him for a while, great guy. We spent some time talking about my Moto Guzzi motorcycle and bags until he needed to actually work. I ended up buying around $500 work of bags since I could see the bags and colors first hand.”

“Heads up Base Camp these are about to be popular!! As a guy with severe back problems comfy shoes, winter boots especially, are very hard to find. Had these ordered in and got a much better price then I expected. They are SO COMFORTABLE I’m ordering a second pair for when these wear out! Merrell took the phrase “walking on clouds” and made it and actual thing!Though sizes run a bit small. I had to go up 2 sizes in all Merrell products.”

“Mike who works in the animal department at the Westend store is absolutely incredible when it comes to customer service! When you ask him a question, he takes time to listen and then finds you an answer! He even went out of his way to find, and then bring back with him, the hard to find dog food I needed when he went out to the Hardin store! Most of the time when you ask about an item you’ll hear “sorry we’re out” but not with Mike! Mike goes out of his way to help you, and as a customer I really appreciate him!… and so do my dogs!”

“I can't get over how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are here! Don't be filled by the size of the store from the outside. Huge selection and tons of kayak/raft rentals that a practically brand new (mine was). Staff knows the river and conditions very well so make sure to stop in before hand.”
