I started using us bank in phoenix and kept them in montana. I've never been happier with a bank or had such great personal attention.

Slowest rudest employees. No wonder everything is done on-line. Don't stop here if your in any kind of hurry.

Their ATM never works, doesn't have cash etc. This is the third time I tried, and the third time it's failed to dispense cash. Getting to the point where I might switch banks.
