“Very nice venue as just an observer. The staff seem very on top of things. Depending on the event, the decor (ex. a huge timeline in the main hallway) can be a bit situationally odd. But overall very easy and classy.”

“We are faithful Residence Inn guests. We have never once had a bad experience at one- and we’ve traveled the country! Their rooms are always clean comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could need. The staff are always very nice and friendly and this location is no exception. At the front Desk, Chris, was extremely helpful and kind when we arrived in the middle of the night. I am so glad we’ve found this hotel line because we will never stay anywhere else! Literally always have the best breakfasts, but this location had the best!! Blueberry AND strawberry compote, waffles, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, hashbrown patties biscuits and gravy and more! It was absolutely delicious and exactly what we needed before hitting the road again. They also have a beautiful fire pit outside that I wish we had time to stop at before bed. Thank you Billings Residence Inn!!!!”
“Went to a private birthday party here and it was a pretty cool place for the kids to run around, play games, and have fun. There is an air hockey table, kiddie rides, and the arcade has classic gaming machines that brought back some memories of being a kid... If you are having a kids birthday and want a safe, fun, and comfortable place to do so, then you should definitely give this place a call. It is kinda out of the way on 16th Street, but it has plenty of parking.”
