If you have to call the bank, hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Tori on the phone. She was absolutely amazing and the highlight of what should have been a boring phone call. Very professional but fun. Answered all my questions with enthusiasm. 10/10. Would recommend her for a raise or promotion.
