“Lee and Chris helped me determine the right equipment needed to upgrade my Trucks audio and nonexistent backup camera. They were spot on with their recommendations and installation of the new system. A shipping issue resulted in a damaged item that could have delayed the installation process; however, instead of waiting they installed the item so I could enjoy the new system while waiting for the new part to arrive. Superb customer service with a promise to stand behind their work and fix any subsequent issues if they arise. “I like this place. They treat you like a valued customer and not a dollar sign. They are just interested in selling what you need. Yes as some had mentioned in the review their installation fees seem high, but you are not just paying for their time, but also their experience/skills not to mention saving yourself the hassle and frustrations of doing it yourself. Having once installed my own systems years ago I understand how challenging it can be to do an install so I respect those who can. They seem passionate about good sounding systems and helping their customers achieve this goal.”
