They were spot on with their recommendations and installation of the new system. A shipping issue resulted in a damaged item that could have delayed the installation process; however, instead of waiting they installed the item so I could enjoy the new system while waiting for the new part to arrive. Superb customer service with a promise to stand behind their work and fix any subsequent issues if they arise.
