Jessica Stem has been an excellent and beautiful agent to work with. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Overall Lentz has been a great experience and has gotten be the best deal possible while remaining in a local office.

Very good customer service when signing up for new policies. Haven't had to submit a claim yet so can't speak to that experience. Prices were quite a bit higher than competitors (but hopefully their claim handling is better), and they do push hard to get Google reviews.
