“Heather is AWESOME! She was so patient with me. I like to know all of my options before making a decision and she gave me multiple quotes with different premiums and coverages. She even thought to provide mid-range options that I didn't know were available. Never once did she seem annoyed or bothered by my numerous questions and calls.
She also got me the best deal as well. I was exploring different insurance agencies in town and was told by a gentleman that I wouldn't need to check out too many agencies because they all just plug in your information, match you with an insurance company, and will all get the same rates. But that's not the case!!! The quote that Heather got me was $600+ cheaper than what other agencies were able to get through the same insurance.
I'm sure not everyone will get the best deal through PayneWest. But I would definitely give them a call and explore your options!”
