“Shines are in a league all their own. First off they did great work on a cleaning that was a very demanding one. Secondly there was an issue that arose from a preexisting shop that reared its head after the cleaning, and although it was not the fault of S.A.M., they were accommodating and offered to make things right and keep a new customer happy. Very impressed with the professionalism and the level of customer service that they offered. Can not recommend them enough. Class acts over there!”

“Self service washing station was fairly reasonable, coming out at around $11 for 20 minutes of washing using various functions. Vacuum usage was $1 per 4 minutes.
Vacuum suction was not particularly powerful, and there some of the car wash modes did not seem particularly useful. Overall, though, it obviously gets the job done at a fairly reasonable price, and I would return to wash my car again.”

“I use the automatic wash because I had a ton of bugs in my car after driving the loop from Livingston down through the Beartooth pass and back to Bozeman and I would say it did about a 90% job. Not as good as I had hoped but not bad. To be fair those bugs have been on my car baked in on that road trip so maybe a deserved more than one pass”
“Listen, if you’re driving anywhere in Montana (or basically the entire Northwest at this point), congratulations—you’re never more than 47 seconds from a Town Pump. These things are like weeds, except instead of dandelions they sprout red-and-yellow gas stations with suspiciously fresh pizza and enough lottery tickets to fund a small country. One on every corner? Nah. They’ve achieved critical mass. At this point the corners are just decorative accents for the Town Pumps. “Do you have Pumper Points?”
Pumper Points. Pumper Points. I almost dropped my beef jerky. It sounds like something you earn after a particularly enthusiastic gym session, not a loyalty program. I pictured a secret club where you trade 500 points for a commemorative air freshener shaped like a tiny gas nozzle. Or maybe at 10,000 points they let you ride the little propane tank like a mechanical bull.
I told her no, I’m just a casual pumper trying to live my life. She looked at me with the quiet disappointment of a disappointed parent. I felt judged.”
“Really cool place. Nice environment and I had time to do all I needed. There's even a change area for changing notes to quarters. They have both manual wash and drive through auto wash.”

“We were camping from Glacier National Park to the Grand Tetons and were in need of a reset. We stopped here in between.
We dropped off our dirty laundry at 5:30pm. My boyfriend and I requested different laundry preferences for our clothes. They sorted our clothes easily, we selected our laundry soap preference and drying sheet preference (they have several brands to choose from).
The next morning at 10am they called to say our clothes were done.
I would definitely use this service again if I’m camping in the area. Having someone else wash and fold allowed us to enjoy an evening in Bozeman without having to sit by a laundry machine.”
