“Shines are in a league all their own. First off they did great work on a cleaning that was a very demanding one. Secondly there was an issue that arose from a preexisting shop that reared its head after the cleaning, and although it was not the fault of S.A.M., they were accommodating and offered to make things right and keep a new customer happy. Very impressed with the professionalism and the level of customer service that they offered. Can not recommend them enough. Class acts over there!”

“CHRIS! I stopped by Mars tonite on my way out of town with an uncoperating Tonneau cover. It was their Friday and closing in an hour or so. I went to the door thinking, their probably gone for the weekend. Nope. Lobby was empty and soon a young man came out, he was obviously busy in the back and working hard, covered in sweat. I said, can you look at something for me, maybe I am an idot, maybe its broke? Sure! Told him my problem, he checked it out. Went in for a screwdriver and came out with a couple questions. Made some adjustments and wala! I tried to pay him, he wouldnt have it. Mars has done several services for us, unbeknownst to him, I was just some gal. Customer for life. So appreciate his time and patience. THAT is how you retain business, even if you dont know they are already a customer! Thank you Chris and Mars!!”

Story:
I was driving with my 1yr old dog from Chicago to Portland, Oregon and the rubber of a semi tire flew out the back of a semi while going 80mph and was unable to avoid it in time. This was in Minnesota, and although the fan was making a loud noise no fluids were leaking and temp was staying normal as well as rpm’s and no oddities. I checked at every fuel up but seemed to be fine besides the loud noise until I got to middle of god damn nowhere Big Timber, Montana and 50 miles after a fuel up and check BAM temp spikes so I pull over. Mind you it’s 115 out and I have my dog… we’re stranded and after a sheriffs help to a gas station I come to the glorious discovery my radiator is broken and puking coolant. I called these guys and they said they had four vehicles they were working on that night but could get me in at 8am the next day… I being impatient got towed to a closer shop initially and spent the night, that place gave me a quote and said I’d have to wait another day this is at 9am on a Monday. I called these guys back and they within minutes said we can can not only get the radiator for your 2013 FIAT 500 that day but also have me on the road by 8pm… I couldn’t have been happier. I get there and not only are the people at the shop understanding and kind, but the owner even set up a hose so I could keep my dog cool while waiting for repairs. And true to their word I was out of there by 7:30pm that evening. There’s so many small customer service details I could go into but genuinely I was in the sketchiest situation I had ever been in alone was my puppy in middle nowhere and these guys made me feel like everything would be handled. I hope to never break down again but I do I’ll cross my fingers it’s in towing distance if these guys.”

It was like new and I'm afraid it wasn't an easy job considering that I have two large dogs who spend a lot of time in my car going from adventure to adventure.
