Walked right in and we're helped immediately. Staff was very engaging and friendly. Was happy they were open on a Sunday! Got a screen protector put on and was good to go.

Employees are kind and help in any way they can but the store is always short staffed you have to wait 1hour + just to get your phone bill paid in person if there’s a line

Located between the liquor store and the UPS store. Two associates in the shop on Sunday midday. Easy process to set up a plan.Shakir helped us pick a better plan than we expected (cheaper per month and more data). There were some activation and eSIM fees that weren’t mentioned until it was time to sign the bill.

Booooo! Dang Adam sold me a 20 gig hotspot plan and told me that I would qualify for a discount with autopay. The next month found out I didn't qualify for the autopay discount. I tried to return the device because it wasn't what we agreed upon and the Manager only offered $5 refund on a $79 device. So be careful what they sell you, it may not be what you are barging for.

If I could put no stars I would. I've came into this location a few times and each time the manager Mr.Adam has a horrible know it all attitude with the other associates. Treats them with disrespect and dismisses them instead of helping them understand their job. Aside from that, he changed things in our account without our consent. After calling twice to clarify why changes were being made to our account seeing as how I'm the main account holder and that information should be communicated he no longer seemed interested in helping me. Went from "you can come into the store" to "just call customer service". The attitude over the phone was completely different from when he saw us come into the store. Horrible service, horrible manager. Better to find a different location worth your time.

Local store was closed and calling customer service puts me on a 30 min wait. They decided to turn off my auto pay after 3 years and shut all my lines off. When I got connected to someone they told me I had to pay more to turn the phones back on.

I went in to buy a phone for my friend. Raven walked us through all the options and patiently answered every question we had. She even set everything up for us! I have never received better customer service in my life. Raven seriously made our day so much better.

My best friend and I had to make an emergency trip to Bozeman because my friend had her phone stolen. The manger, Raven was beyond helpful and understanding of our situation. Very fast, friendly and efficient, I highly recommend this store.

I had just recently switched to cricket and it is so much better than any other providers that I have had. I have no issues, and when a situation or issue comes up the manager and staff are very helpful and make sure that you are happy with everything before you leave. They get a huge 5 star from me!! Keep up the good work!!

Raven and Cheyenne really went the extra mile to help us out with our data-only plan and faulty mobile router device (even though it was not a Cricket device). They even stayed a little after hours to make sure we were all set. Great customer service experience.
