Lars went above and beyond in helping me prepare a new tank for me betta, even coming in on his off day to help with last details (!!! beyond kind). Southwest MT is lucky to have been blessed with this gem - even if you don’t own any reptiles or aquatics, worth checking out because of the stunning array of tanks and well-cared for animals hanging out. “Our girl Pumpkin has had issues with reactivity in the past that required professional help to get her to where she is today. She still shows some small signs of her old self especially in high stress situations, and our concern was that the groomer would be one of those situations. She has been to grooming in the past but the groomer there was also her vet clinic and daycare, so it was practically her home away from home. We explained all this to Hannah, and she assured us they would make sure Pumpkin was very comfortable for her visit. The accommodated her wonderfully at drop off and she was very content at pick up. This was the best we could have hoped for, and we are very satisfied with our experience! Big shout out to Hannah especially but everyone we encountered was lovely. We will definitely be back!”
“We booked the tub room to wash both of our dogs. The lady there was super friendly and helpful. We got them washed, brushed, treats, and food all in one stop! Having towels and shampoo provided for $20/hr ($40 for the whole room) was not a bad deal!”
