“The customer service at this location of Staples has been stellar for me (on multiple visits) the past month! Erin (sp?) and Taylor are awesome! I have had a rewards account for 15 years and never once has anyone taken the time to help me problem solve when I shared that I never have seen any benefits from it. Erin walked through the app and showed me where to find my coupons and such. Another huge change is that multiple folks asked me if I needed help when wandering the aisles! That is a first over the years. Something positive has changed over there! Not many big box stores are known for great customer service and that motivates me to share that this one is different!
