Staples is a favorite place to shop for office supplies with marvelous staff and always fabulous, top-notch customer service. The staff are eager to help locate items and recommend substitutes. The print shop does beautiful, unbeatable work. The store offers great value products, a good rewards program, and a huge printer selection. Their Asurion insurance program is excellent for tech support and repairs. Customers appreciate the ability to use coupons online for pickup, though assembly fees for items like chairs can be considered extremely ridiculous. The company also gives back to charitable causes. Outstanding customer service is the number one reason for shopping there.
