“I'd like to give a shout out to your employee, Austin. Last Saturday, July 25th, my wife and I were on our way to Washington when the intercooler hose clamp on our vehicle decided to act up. Duct tape was all I had to remedy the loss of suction until we could make to your store. Once there, I was looking for another clamp when Austin asked if I needed any help. I told him it would be easier to show him. After a few minutes, this young man had popped the ring clamp out, noticed that it was bent and his words, looked stupid, hahaha, bent the clamp and reattached the hose. Suction was restored and our vacation went off and continued without further issues. I just wanted to express my gratitude to this young man and let him know that he is an amazing human being!! Thank you for your help, your time, and most of all, just being at work on that day! Thank you again! Joe, Steph, and Charlie”
