“I travel across the country for work and always have a hard time coming into a new town and needing work completed on my Class A motorhome. Who do you call that won't be unreliable and try to gouge you?Well look no further that Mark at "Done Rite RV" I had a power surge and fried my inverter and some other items in my coach. Mark called me back on a Saturday then made time Monday morning to come out and look at our RV. He found us an inverter had it the next day and determined that all other items damaged were just fuses. Had us up and running quickly.Thanks Mark! “Needed a good deal on a used car. After shopping around on the internet, I decided to check out our local dealer, Don Aadsen Ford. I contacted the dealership ahead of time and made an appointment to meet with Gene. I was running a little late but Gene from sales still met me at the front door and was very knowledgeable about his inventory. We test drove my new car and Gene was extremely responsive to my questions. Despite being an older guy, he was sure current on the many new features on the vehicle. My wife was asking questions about the other vehicles on the lot and I don't think there was a single one that Gene wasn't knowledgeable about. Once we returned to the dealership, Gene and the rest of the team were very helpful with the rest of the process and I drove away with the car I was hoping for, at the price I wanted. There was no pressure or hype besides a little on the extended warranty which I had already decided I was going to purchaseI was very impressed with everyone's patience with my extremely rambunctious 5 year old throughout the process.”
