Dropped my diesel off for winter tires, which got delayed (not Roemer’s fault), and they were kind enough to plug my truck in overnight, as well as move it into their shop over the weekend. Jenny and EJ were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Jenny even communicated daily with me about the tire shipment progress. It was unnerving as we had a long tríp ahead of us and the battery was not charging. Josh was God sent. “OUTSTANDING!!!! My 2005 Ram 2500 has been hard starting (multiple cranks to get it started). I went to Gomers and spoke to Tom. He retrieved the diag computer went to the truck and in less than 5 minutes explained what the ECM codes were. He sent the ECM out for repairs, my truck starts like new. Big shout out to Tom and the crew at GOMERS!!!!!!”

He went above and beyond to keep me informed on progress and used his networking and connections to get parts faster than what was told to us. I had just bought the car and he noticed that there was a hood latch in the car that had not been installed (I had no idea) so he did that as well for me for no charge. “When the fuel pump failed in my ram 1500 eco-diesel while traveling through Missoula, the local ram dealership told me that they could not look at my truck for 2 1/2 months. One call to Rocky Mountain diesel, and they accommodated me that morning, Kept flawless communication during the diagnostic and repair process, and had the truck fully repaired and running the next day. All this at a cost just a fraction of what the dealer would’ve charged, if they could even fit me into their schedule.
