“Was recommended to Honesty by a friend I trust, and the experience did not disappoint. My car had a lot of differed maintenance that needed to get done, and Shane took me all through it and answered all my questions. Then, once the repairs were done, the car wouldn't start. They ordered parts at no extra charge to fix the issue and always patiently gave me updates whenever I asked. In the end, the issue turned out to be a minor error on their part. They even gave me a discount on the finished repair work as an apology for needing to keep the car extra time! They absolutely live up to their name and will continue using their services gratefully!”

“Today while out on a mountain trail. The road gave out and our truck, we thought was going to flip down the hill. Luckily, the truck caught a stump but both tires that were still on the level part of the road, were now in the air. After crawling out of the truck, we called over to Superior Towing, who were very professional, and fast. They showed up 40 minutes later, IN THE MOUNTAINS! They strapped up around some trees and then hooked to the truck. In less than 5 minutes, we’re back on the road. Wow! Great service! Friendly and professional.”

“I almost NEVER leave reviews, and when I do, they’re often negative. This one is the exception. I’m in Missoula from out of state, visiting a relative who’s in long term care, using his vehicle while I’m here. Had a minor crunch, didn’t want to leave it that way, so went to Russ and one other place. Russ had me the quote in ten minutes, a full day less than the competition, and the repair done the following week before I left town. I hope I never need body work again in Missoula, but if I do, I know I only have one place to go.”

A new service perk that I truly loved was the text my I received with my vehicle inspection checklist that included photos of each item that was followed up with a phone call that allowed me to request the items to be repaired/replaced. “I scraped the side of my car on the garage door, and came in to House of Color for a repair estimate. The technician wiped down the scuffed door with a solvent-soaked rag to check the damage, and it looked 90% better after the scrubbing. To fully repair the door, he mentioned that the door needed replacement (about a $1000 job). But my car is old, and I decided it looked good enough as it is.
Another auto body shop quoted me $3000 to repair the door. House of Color did the little job for free! It pays to shop around.”
“While unable to provide assistance with my road tripping transmission problems because of occupied work bays, the gentleman with the handle bar mustache offered worthwhile advice and even offered spare parts if I narrowed my issue down. Friendly and willing to give advice shows a lot about their customer service”

“You cant top Willies! Takes good car of his clientes! Two days ago i had an emergency electric issue with my subaru 2000 outback Willy wasnt there but a nice young office lady did a temorary fix that got me home 200 miles to Bull lake in Montana's far north west corner bounded by Idaho and Canada. No charge. Willy never was there but he has a staff full of very compettant people! No charge to me for help she provided...made it home safe thanks to her and the best auto care I know of. Willie built a wheel standing Camaro top to bottom! Talk about good work! Wiilys defines it!! Boyhowdy! 🤠”

“Called on a Monday morning on the off chance Novus could replace the windshield on our Jeep Gladiator that was damaged while being towed behind our motorhome over the weekend.. “Sure”, was the reply with a 1:00 appointment scheduled. Windshield was replaced by 2:00 and after the insurance paperwork was handled, we were on our way!

“We purchased two a shoei helmets along with cardos freedom 2x duo intercom system. Brennen did the install for us. When we got home we sat at the dinning table to test out the music/intercom system. We struggled for two days attempting to pair both sets with my phone, I could either get just the music or just the intercom to work. I was a bit upset after talking with cardo technical support. They told me this set won't play music with the intercom together paired to both helmets. So on Tuesday morning I went back to Maverick's and explained what cardo support technical staff told me. He said they are crazy, I do it all the time . Then he walked us through the steps showing us how to pair both headsets to one phone, were able to listen to the same music and talk to each other. This can only be done on an android phone. It won't work with I phone's. Brennen was so calm and his patience/reassurance is so amazing. We are very happy with our purchase. I absolutely recommend Maverick motor sports. There service and dedication to their customers is outstanding.”

“I was traveling through Montana on a family camping trip, towing our camper, when we started hearing a loud slapping noise coming from under our vehicle. We stopped and inspected the tires and the belts but couldn't find a problem. Looking up automotive shops on Google, we luckily found Peak Auto Repair and parked slong their street. The shop sent Zane over to see if he could find an issue and he did. The slap plate at the underside of the engine had torn loose snd was catching air as we drove. He grabbed some zip ties and a drill and was able to secure the plate to the frame until we could get home. There wasn't even a charge for this service! We so appreciated this quick solution which gave us peace of mind so our family could continue on our vacation. Thank you Peak!!!”
