Keep up the good work!For comparison purposes:We took another elk to a different processor in Bozeman, (Happle's) they took over a month to even start cutting it, then called me to say that it was a loss. The bloodshot had spoiled the meat and it smelled really bad. No kidding. And their price was 300 dollars more than Montana city meats charged us for a way bigger elk. That's a story for another review, but night and day difference to say to least.”
