“Wes and Trenton were very nice and communicative about the work needed for my vehicle. The vehicle work was professional and cleaning was appreciated. Due to a disconnect with the insurance adjuster and the shop, my vehicle sat in the shop for nearly a month disassembled. I would suggest the customer not make assumptions that the claim and repair/work is in process becasue I spent 10 days uninformed that my vehicle status was on hold and those delays were a hardship without my vehicle.”

“OHS did a great job replacing and paint matching the rear quarter panel on my Silverado (Sorry no photo to add here). It took about 2 weeks to get it back which was a few days shorter than they had quoted. Over all my experience with the Columbia Falls OHS has been positive and they stand behind their work.”
