“Had a fantastic experience! The gal at the front desk was so sweet and does an amazing job! Courtni was my estimate specialist and she kept me involved the entire time so I knew what was happening. But biggest shout out to the guy (I forgot his name) that shuttles customers and does the detailing/handy work. He drove me initially to my rental in Whitefish, he helped me get all my things and waited for me to get my rental - and then when I came to get my vehicle after it was all fixed, it wouldn't start. I went for a new battery and he installed it for me. He was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond what customer service looks like. Fantastic team work! Also shout out to the body shop guys too.. my vehicle looks brand new. If I could give 20 stars I would.”
“My motorhome broke down and the third company I called said they would get it the next day. A Week went by and it was still there. When I called they said they didn't have a truck that could do it (even though they advertised different) Called Joe's and they towed it the next day.Very pleased with them and will call them first should I need towing service again.Highly recommend them.”
