“I needed a storage unit last minute. Setting up an account was easy; Ricardo the owner was so helpful with questions and support.
I had rented a U-Haul to move my things to EZ Access storage. The person that was going to help me unload became unavailable. Needless to say, I was in a pickle. I called Ricardo to see if he knew of anyone I could hire. He offered up his assistance. He saved me. This was a big job to unload the truck, and he was so kind and helpful. I owe him so much and he would not except any payment.

“I wish I could give six stars, I moved to the state in April. Unfortunately, my apartment was not ready. I had to stay in a hotel and keep my things in a U-Haul truck for an extra eight days which was very very expensive..
Once my apartment was ready I realized everything was not going to fit. I phone Tim who owns several storage units in town and with a very limited budget he was able to work with me. We had to compromise and I had to go to American Storage East. In East Helena. But he worked with my income, and because I was in a more rural location, it was something I could maintain and afford. He had this complete completed within 15 minutes of me calling.. Talk about six star service!!!
I am now in a place where I can move out of storage and Tim has shown the same grace that he did when I moved in…
Five stars plus plus plus, I would recommend American Storage any location. I’m sure would be wonderful…. My budget allowed for East Helena.. But I’m sure any one of them would be wonderful. I would use them again and again and would recommend them any day of the week twice on Sunday…
