“I experienced difficulty with the website to set up automatic payments. I called the number provided and Tim got right back to me to take care of things. Great customer service! Thanks Tim.”
“I always use FastSigns for all of my signage needs including vehicle decals and property signage. The technicians are always helpful, knowledgeable and detailed. I would recommend FastSigns for anyone needing a service of this nature. Thank you, FastSigns.”
“I've used 2 different storage units at different time over the last several years with American Storage. Tim has been GREAT to work with. Great communication and service!”
“The office and crew at Capital Transfer exceeded my expectations and excellent references. They went far above and beyond the norm. They were professional, hard working, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and FUN! I loved them!Hands down I wouldn’t even consider any other movers. Thanks guys for an excellent job!”
“Lake Helena Storage was a safe secure place which was a high priority for me. Easy access to the entrance and easy push button to enter and exit. I found the owners very helpful as well which is a huge plus in my senior years. 5 stars for sure.*****”
“I originally got the 5x10 unit but my motorcycle wouldn't fit through the door. I called and they were able to get me into a larger unit on the fly. Super quick and helpful and made it painless to transfer my payment to the new unit so I didn't have to pack up and go somewhere else.”

“Sam is the man! Courteous, professional and explains things very thorough. I definitely want to buy a few of the custom made hats that you make. Open those up to where everyone can buy one. Ask Sam to sell to the public!”
“This storage facility should be your 1st choice. Of all the owners in Helena, Paul has to be the most genuine. They have clean, affordable units in a prime location making it easy to move your belongings. Gate hours are until 10 pm, not 7pm like other facilities which is convenient.”
“Nice, clean storage units. Their prices are phenomenal compared to pretty much everyone else in town. Huge selling point for me is the 24 hour access to your unit!”
“Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is the layout and driveway make it difficult or impossible for larger moving trucks or trailers. Also be aware of the steep hill getting icy in winter. Overall very happy with our experience here though.”
“This is a new, clean, secure, well managed and well maintained storage company. Chris answered all questions and helped us in several ways when we were stressed from a cross-country move. It's a great place and seems to be state-of-the art in security, records and billing. We've already told others about it.”

“AAA is a very clean facility. There are no leaks in the units, and it's very easy to access your unit yet very secure. There's lots of room to maneuver vehicles around and the management is good to work with.”
“Just keep doing WHAT you/they do! They are an amazing bunch of people and I look forward to working with all of them again. I underestimated how much space I would need for everything I have accumulated while living here and they helped take the stress and anxiety away from me having to get vehicles over multiple days and the extra storage space needed when one unit filled up. Will definitely recommend and use this North Helena site again.”
“Unfortunately I've have had to use many storage facilities in my adult life and NONE have been better than Montana Storage. The owners are super friendly and pleasant to work with. The units are nice and I have yet to find evidence of mice unlike the other "better" places and the price is right!! You WON'T be disappointed with choosing Montana Storage for your storing needs no matter the size!!”

“I really enjoyed my experience with Lyndale Avenue Self Storage. Storage units in Helena are normally overpriced and not very secure. Their storage units are well-protected, reasonably priced, and the property has been very well maintained since the new ownership took over.”
“I have nothing but positive feedback for this institution. The property is well maintained. Prices are affordable. Not incredible but competitive. The main office is very clean as well as the indoor building where my things are housed. Niki your property supervisor has some of the best interpersonal skills I've seen in customer service. You guys are a notch above the rest & it shows.”
“I have been with Vault Storage for 5 years and have had excellent
service. Just went in to check my yearly payment to make sure we were set up and everything was perfect. Thay are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anybody who wants a great deal on storage.”

“Was looking for a unit over the winter and Green Meadow Storage took care of our needs. It was clean, secure, convenient, and reasonably priced. We would use them again.”
“What a great place! With a wonderful owner. My stuff was stored here in a 10x10. It's clean and easy to moves stuff in and out; PLUS the security is high. Temperature control key card entrance etc. I moved to California and was having my stuff ship. They worked with me and all my needs without complaint. Even when I had a competitor drop off a storage trailer to load my stuff up. Such a great experience from the beginning to the end...this is the place to store.”
