“While far from home, our RV developed a small water leak at the fresh water tank. Charlie had the part we needed and kindly sent home a strip of plumbing tape so we didn’t have to buy a whole roll. He also helped us with a laundry list of other weird issues that we had collected as we drove across the U.S.This is exactly the kind of service one loves to get but rarely do in the retail world. Charlie is patient, creative, and attentive. I wish we lived here so we could patronize his store.He also plays a mean piano (nightly?) in the Mammoth Hotel map room.”
