Alyssa was extremely patient with me as I called multiple times with updates about my rental and drop off issues. Sherman was very knowledgeable and it wasn't until I'm picking up my vehicle do I hear about the issues they encountered. I was only hearing about them at that point, because the Crash Champions team handled everything on their end. I hope I don't need their services again, but in the case that I do, I will not hesitate. Their service was top notch. Kudos to the entire team.”

I purchased a Remote Start kit for Valentine's day in 2026. It was on sale.
They properly set my time expectations and the installation completed a few hours earlier than their original estimate. They're professional, there's no scratch marks from the installation and you really can't tell that they did anything. It's been a few months of testing and the Remote Start kit works perfectly. Absolutely no issues with it. Also, they provide a lifetime warranty for some of their remote start kits. I'd absolutely do business with them again. 5/5 stars! Thank you!”

He came over on a Sunday and picked up the truck, black, for the guys to start on come Monday. I had them do interior clean up as well.
