“Took my car in for an oil change. Everyone was super friendly. There was a small issue that happened during the oil change procedure. Jessup the service manager was involved and took really good care of the issue. I could tell these guys really care about customer service.
Also, was in there looking at a new CRV for my wife & sales was really helpful. Usually hate the process but we were allowed to explore our options and given the privacy to make a decision. Very respectful sales staff.

“Finally found someone that could fix my AC as they said they would. Previous shop charged me the same as Bison Ford did for ALL new parts and it still didn t work. When Ireturned for warranty work the third time they said they no longer did AC repair! Eric and his shop/mech did it and it works great. After the repair my windsheild wiper didn t work so I returned asking if the failure was from something that happened during repair. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when they said they d found a relay out and fixed it for me—— at NO CHARGE! Kudos Eric and Bison Ford. You will get my future work.”
“Took my car to them because i had hit a curb pretty hard when it was icy out, they said they might not be able to look at it for quite a while but less then 2 hours after dropping it off they called me back and said i needed to take it somewhere that worked on tires and steering components and even suggested a place to take it to, and didnt charge me a dime, very appreciative of them and will continue to take my vehicles to them if they need fixed.”

We called around, no other shop was able to help us but these guys got us in immediately. While we were happy to wait for the car, they solved our issue and sent us on our way very quickly, refusing to even take payment for the job. We really appreciate all of your willingness to help, allowing us to get on with our vacation very quickly!”
“Talk about outstanding. They were honest during the whole process, took the time to actually find and address the issue. The thing that really spoke about their integrity is the price tag. I've had other places charge an arm and a leg for something simple that needed to be done in a shop but was relatively easy and affordable on their end. “Had the exact part that I needed after my dog chewed up the remote for our Warn winch. Ordering was super easy, my only take away was I paid almost $20 extra for 2 day shipping and the part got here a week later. Not sure why I even paid the extra amount at that point. Would buy from again, but will only use regular shipping next time.”

“Honestly, these guys impressed the hell out of me. I have a Ram 3500 with the lame ass 68rfe trans that was in desperate need of replacement. I finally made the decision to go with a Randy's stage 2 built transmission, and these guys are a Randy's Transmissions approved shop. I spoke with Tracer several times from April to May, got the transmission ordered, along with other parts like a new cooler and billet flexplate, etc. I let them know that I just needed it by Memorial Weekend. When the transmission showed up, I dropped my truck off, and these guys went above and beyond to get the truck done and ready for me, to the point of staying until 7pm on a day they aren't even open, regularly. I'm HIGHLY impressed with their work ethic and how they were able to make this happen when I had some last minute changes come up and needed my truck even sooner than they promised it would be done. They stepped up and made the seemingly impossible, and quite honestly the unrealistic timeline I changed to last minute, happen. For that I am grateful. Thanks guys!!! You freaking rock!!”

“I won't go anywhere else to get my windshield worked on. I had 2 chips filled recently, and they started to spread/put a bit more recently. Speedy Glass took care of it again for free, and I'm able to wait longer before getting a new windshield. It was unexpected that they would cover the cost, and was a bright spot in what has been a tough month. Jazz was also super kind and professional. Thanks for the great customer service!”

“Mars was great. I stopped in for a ceramic window tint consultation and couldn't have felt more welcome and taken care of. I was even shown on an actual vehicle what the XPEL tint would look like. The quote was broken down by window and cost. They even provided a separate quotes based on tint heat/UV rejection level. The consult was very comprehensive and I felt like I had all the information to make a decision. They were quick to get me in for an appointment and the quality/craftsmanship was excellent.
